Returns & Exchanges

As our baby blankets are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
