Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All baby blankets are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture are part of the production process and are not considered defects.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order or custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

 

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

 

Additional Information

Refunds are issued only after approval. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
