Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Consumers residing in the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

As all baby blankets sold in this shop are produced individually after an order is placed, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or incorrect goods.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Made-to-order or personalized items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Gift cards
